Reformer Align - Ideal for beginners, this class focuses on Reformer Pilates fundamentals, emphasising control and technique for a full-body workout.
Reformer Total - An open-level class offering full-body conditioning to tone, strengthen, and lengthen through challenging Reformer exercises.
Reformer Sweat - A high-intensity Reformer Pilates session incorporating intervals and varied props to elevate your fitness. Not suitable for beginners, those with injuries, or during pregnancy.
Reformer Strength - Designed to build muscular strength and endurance, this class focuses on controlled, resistance-based Reformer exercises.
